Mickey's Amateurs Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing

"Okay, okay... Our next amateur is-" Mickey calms the audience of his amateur talent show, dressed in his best tuxedo for the occasion. He's looking forward to introducing the next contestant in this classic short, released to theaters on 4/17/1937, but Donald steals his thunder by walking out on stage a moment later. Luckily, he has an apple to use as a peace offering. This incredibly expressive 12 field 5-peghole animation drawing features this iconic character with an almost smug smile, found at about the 0:43 mark of this Orphans Benefit-inspired short. The mouse is large on the page at about 4.5" x 6" and is noted as 51 in the lower corner of the page. Very Good condition overall for this lovely vintage animation drawing with faint smudging, light age-related toning, and minor edge and handling wear.
